Oleksandr Panchenko is a leading Ukrainian expert in investments, capital markets, and securities, with more than 25 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including investment companies with both domestic and international capital.

From 2015 to 2021, he served as a Member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine. He currently serves as Chairman of the Council of Participants of the Depository System of the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU). Since September 2025, he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Adamant Securities Investment Company.
