Oleksii Rudenko joined Adamant in July 2010. Prior to that he worked at KBC Securities, where he was involved in a number of sell- and buy-side projects (M&A, ECM, PPP).

While working at Galt & Taggart Securities Ukraine, the investment banking arm of the Bank of Georgia, he was engaged in one of the largest M&A transactions in Ukraine, namely the sale of ISTIL (mini steel mill, ~USD 500mln deal-size), where G&T was a co-advisor to Nomura on the sell side.

In his six years with the investment sector, he gained an in-depth expertise in a variety of sectors of the economy, in particular metallurgy, consumer goods, agriculture, retail, financial services, media, processing and telecommunications.

He graduated from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University in 2005 with a Master’s degree with distinction in Economic Doctrine.
