Oleksandr Leonenko is the Head of Back Office at Adamant Capital with more than 10 years of professional experience in financial services and capital markets.

He holds a degree in Law and specializes in the legal and regulatory support of capital market participants and financial institutions, including licensing, corporate governance, operational support, and regulatory relations with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine.

Oleksandr is a certified capital markets professional. He joined Adamant Capital in late 2013 and is responsible for overseeing back-office operations while ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.
