Glib joined Adamant Capital in 2021 and is responsible for deal origination, strategic partnerships, and transaction development.

Prior to joining Adamant Capital, he held executive leadership positions in the private sector, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of a social research platform and Chief Financial Officer of a leading Ukrainian e-commerce company. He has also advised government institutions on economic development, digital transformation, and cybersecurity policy.

Glib holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His professional expertise spans corporate finance, investment analysis, institutional economics, and strategic development. In addition to his business career, he serves as Associate Professor at the Ukrainian American Concordia University and is the author of numerous academic publications in the fields of economics, institutional reform, and international investment.
