Olena is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adamant Group, which includes Adamant Capital and several affiliated companies. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategic management, and business development.

In 2009, she founded Adamant Group and has since led its growth and development, overseeing projects in corporate finance, asset restructuring, capital raising, and complex transaction advisory.

Prior to establishing Adamant Group, Olena held senior executive positions within the financial sector, including Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Universalna Insurance Company. She also worked with Sumitomo Corporation and participated in projects for leading Ukrainian and international companies, including Galnaftogaz. She was actively involved in international capital raising initiatives and the implementation of modern corporate governance standards alongside leading institutional investors, including Goldman Sachs and Horizon Capital.

She has extensive experience working with Ukrainian and international companies in the areas of corporate finance, investment activities, asset management, and long-term business development.
