Konstantin joined Adamant Capital in summer 2011 after almost three years at Gainsfort Research, Ukraine’s first independent investment research boutique. Recommendations from Konstantin’s research publications on power utility stocks (then accounting for ~10% of equities turnover) were usually ranked top 1–2 by performance in Bloomberg Analyst Recommendations. In 2008, Konstantin started his career as a junior equity research analyst in Galt & Taggart Securities Ukraine, a top-10 brokerage house. In 2009, Konstantin earned his Master’s degree in economics with a specialization in innovative strategies at the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where he later defended a dissertation on European integration in the energy sector. Konstantin is a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder.
