Our services

Corporate finance

  • 1.1 M&A

Ukraine will undoubtedly see a wave of corporate ownership changes in the coming years, and here, perhaps even more than elsewhere, transparency and trust will be required. We are adept at the full cycle of an M&A deal starting from a blank sheet of paper to the final signature. Our experience in a variety of fields both in Ukraine and abroad aids us in searching for partners and counterparties as well as in leading foreign entities through the developing world of Ukrainian corporates.

We've played integral roles in some of Ukraine's most intricate groundbreaking M&A deals to date, and in doing so, we've earned the trust of our colleagues. Moreover, our wide-ranging background is at your disposal when it comes to after-sale issues such as synergies and cannibalization risks, qualitative improvements and valuation.

  • 1.2 Capital markets

Whether your company is reaching out for debt or equity financing in Ukraine or abroad, we have the experience and trust you need to successfully navigate the process from conception through final execution. We are well versed in a variety of mezzanine financing opportunities, including private placements. From determining the best instrument and partner available to modelling financial value effects for shareholders and partners across a range of scenarios, our experience with bringing together local opportunities and international funding has helped our clients find the best path for raising the capital they need.

  • 1.3 Debt restructuring

Debt restructuring first gained prominence in Ukraine after the 2008-2009 crisis. But the field is more mature now, and changes to legislation as well as economic realities make transparency and a keen understanding of valuation more important than ever. Companies trust our drive for fair, accurate valuations and our realistic understanding of Ukraine's market conditions in order to create the restructuring strategies and financial models that help rebuild and sustain their development. Moreover, our experience both in Ukraine and abroad provides real value when handling negotiations with lenders and debt investors, no matter where they are from.

Our guideline — maximizing our Clients' value.

Transparency, driven by your best interests, is key in corporate finance, and our overall goal is your trust and long-term partnership. Thus, we employ a highly practical approach to our financial products and deals, and we place a particular emphasis on making our appraisal as fair as we can.

Direct investment

Our clients who choose the direct investment route can rely on our proven ability to find the right partner for them.

We get into detail as well, including the placement of professional managers. Our extensive network enables us to place different projects with different partners, and thus diversify your own partner pool when you have multiple projects.
